Providing and supporting a positive learning environment and a culture of excellence that fosters student achievement is the overarching goal of Roosevelt High School. To increase student achievement the school must work in partnership with the home and community. We provide many opportunities to promote student success with a dedicated and hard working staff and by making available various support services. We want our students to go beyond high school graduation and to have access to middle class America by going on to post secondary education. While students have been in school for nine years before coming to high school, it is here where they set the foundation for their future. Their success in high school will help determine how successful they are in the world of work and in post secondary education. We welcome parents to be very involved in their child’s education, because parent participation is also a large factor in student success.
