The Center for Advanced Research and Technology, or CART, is a joint venture between Fresno Unified and Clovis Unified. Its labs are organized within “Career Clusters”. Each Career Cluster will contain two or more labs related to that career focus. The students can choose one lab depending on their interest. The labs are either a morning or afternoon session and last two semesters.

Academic Pathways:

Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Pathway
Bullard's business pathway is designed not only to provide students relevant experience and exposure to careers in the field of business, but also to develop their technology skills to the degree that they are not simply proficient with technology; rather, our goal is that they be comfortably fluent.  Students from Bullard's business pathway will complete the program with the knowledge and understanding they need to be successful in the fields of business administration and entrepreneurship, and experience with multimedia tools, video production, and web development to give them the upper hand on other applicants.

Biomedicine Pathway
Bullard's biomedicine pathway is designed to provide students that strong science background necessary for immediate success in the health care field, whether they go into post-secondary education or directly into careers.  Students will take courses in biology, human body systems, biomedicine and medical interventions, while at the same time learning about the depth and range of opportunities to pursue a career in health care.

Law and Social Justice Magnet

Bullard High School is proud to offer the only magnet program focused on preparing students for careers in the field of criminal, civil, and constitutional law. Students can participate in a selection of courses designed to introduce them to concepts important for beginning a career in the legal field. Students will participate in mock trial and forensic science.

School Site Council

The Bullard High School Site Council holds its annual election on Back-to-School Night in September. The Site Council will participate in the development and approval of a School Site Plan, approve the allocation of supplemental resources and annually update the plan and budget to reflect changing needs and priorities within the school.

During the monthly meetings, current programs, activities and other issues are discussed. You may contact Brian Vollhardt at 451-4321 if you are interested in running for one of the three seats available this year.
