The Fresno Unified School District is implementing a new business management tool to replace the 30-year-old human resources system and help simplify workforce management, including payroll and benefits. The Lawson software is specifically designed for large educational organizations and will create seamless integration of HR data with payroll and benefits, allowing employees to take advantage of self-service options at the touch of a button. The new, user-friendly software will be fully implemented throughout the district by March 2010.
