What:   District leaders will discuss future plans to return to in-person learning and increasing the number of instructional minutes students will have with teachers

When:   Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020

               11 a.m.

Superintendent Bob Nelson and Fresno Teachers Association president Manuel Bonilla, with other district leaders, will discuss future plans for in-person learning when Fresno County reaches the orange Tier 3 of the state’s risk levels. Leaders will also discuss expanding instructional minutes with teachers, beginning after the winter break on Jan. 12.

Media interested in attending should R.S.V.P. to communications@fresnounified.org by 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19.  A Microsoft Teams invite will be sent to that individual’s email prior to the virtual press conference.

Virtual Town Hall for Parents: A virtual town hall will be held Thursday, Nov. 19 from 6-8 p.m. to update parents on plans to reopen schools .
