Fresno Unified will hold its annual State of Education luncheon, the district’s largest single event to raise money for the Fresno Unified Scholarship Fund. The luncheon will feature Superintendent Bob Nelson as the keynote speaker, discussing district initiatives. The event will also include student entertainment and give guests an opportunity to bid on auction items created by students.

Since 2009, the Fresno Unified Scholarship Fund has awarded 346 scholarships totaling $500,500.

“Every year we are amazed by the support that the Fresno Unified Scholarship Fund receives. We thank the community for partnering with us and for wanting to learn more about my vision for a united Fresno Unified,” said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
