What:   District leaders announce Winter Camp information

The district will provide details about full day Winter Camps that will be offered in two sessions over students’ winter break, including their new, easier registration process. The camps are free and designed to encourage learning, adventure, and fun for students while school is not in session. Camps include arts and music, science and engineering, sports, rock climbing, skiing/snowboarding, digital art, drones/aviation, and many other options.

A registration link will be sent as a text message to families starting on Monday, Nov. 7, at 4 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 4 p.m. Registration closes Friday, Nov. 25. Camps run Dec. 19 through Jan. 6.

“We are so excited to be able to offer amazing options for our students over the winter break to expand their learning, delve into areas that interest them and just have fun,” said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
