  • Community Invited to Join Virtual Community Discussions on Improving Education — Available in Three Languages

The district will hold community roundtable discussions in a virtual format starting this week to better serve all who want to participate. The discussions, part of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) process, are an opportunity for parents, staff, students and the community to join Fresno Unified in exploring ways to improve education. Opportunities to participate in the discussion virtually will be available Feb. 10 in English, Feb. 17 in Hmong and Feb. 22 in Spanish. All discussions will begin at 5:30 p.m.

In-person roundtable discussions in high school regions are continuing. All participants (virtual and in-person) will receive free Fresno Chaffee Zoo tickets for an adult and a child. Childcare, dinner and translations services are provided for the in-person sessions.
