The Gaston Middle School Black Student Union and Fresno Unified Goal 2 Department will present a virtual version of the seventh annual Edison Region Black History Month Program. The theme is “Lift Every Voice.” Collaborating on the program with Gaston are King and Kirk elementary schools, Computech Middle School and Edison High School students, along with community partner Purposed II Praise School of Dance.

“Every year, this program is an absolutely beautiful celebration of Black history, expressed through the creativity of our students. The performances are so powerful, and the talent and passion of our students is right in the spotlight where it belongs,” said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
