How to Get a Tablet

Fresno Unified is issuing free Android Lenovo tablets to students, for digital learning at home.

Which students can get tablets during the 2019-2020 school year?

  • Pre-kindergarten
  • Transitional kindergarten
  • Kindergarten
  • 1st grade
  • 2nd grade
  • 3rd grade
  • 4th grade
  • 7th grade
  • 8th grade
  • 9th grade
  • 10th grade
  • 11th grade
  • 12th grade

What you need to do:

  1. Parents/guardians must create an ATLAS Account, log into their  ATLAS Parent Portal to watch the 3-minute LCD video & sign the Parent Agreement.

  2. 9th-12th grade students must log into their the ATLAS Student Portal and watch the 3-minute LCD video & sign the student pledge agreement.

  3. Pick up your tablet at one of these places:

    • Your student's school site. Please contact the school to set up a pickup time.
    • The LCD Help Desk at Parent University

      The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  4. If you were part of the eLearning Companion Device pilot program in the summer and would like to get a new tablet, you need to return the pilot tablet (Kindle or ASUS). Then complete steps 1-3 to get a brand new Lenovo tablet. If the Device is damaged, refer to the Device Replacement Link.
