The Board of Education established a Constituent Services Office to respond to the needs of parents and community members. Teresa Plascencia, Constituent Services Executive Director, facilitates requests for information from parents and community members and assists them in resolving issues. Board members are elected by voters within the Fresno Unified School District’s seven trustee areas. School board elections are held during even-numbered years.
