Roosevelt High School will hold its annual Breakfast with Blue, where students in the Public Service Pathway connect with industry partners during round table discussions and learn from vehicle and technology demonstrations by public service agencies. The event will feature representatives from the Fresno Police Department, Fresno County Sheriff’s Department, Fresno Fire Department, American Ambulance, Department of Corrections and the military. Mayor Jerry Dyer, the former police chief, will address the group as well.

Superintendent Bob Nelson and members of the Fresno Unified Board of Education will also attend.

“This is a great opportunity for students interested in public service careers to learn more about the different sectors and to hear directly from successful public servants. To have Mayor Dyer with us is truly a privilege,” said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
