What: Fresno Unified School District is offering appointment-only evening registration for families that have not yet registered new students for the 2020-21 school year. Preschool enrollment is encouraged through a separate process.

Fresno Unified will hold evening registration to accommodate families that have not yet registered new students for this school year, including students entering transitional kindergarten and kindergarten. To ensure physical distancing and safety for staff and families, evening registration will be by appointment only. Masks are required. Families should contact their school and make an appointment. To register a new student, parents or guardians should bring their student’s birth certificate, previous transcripts, immunization records and proof of address.
“We hope that families make an appointment and take advantage of the after-work hours we offer through evening registration. Getting children registered prior to the start of school helps eliminate some of the stress and anxiety that goes along with the first day of school,” said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
