How do I change or reset my password?
Whether you know your Parent Portal password or not, Atlas gives you the ability to change it. Please select which option you need help with below.
I know my password, but I want to change it.
Below is a short animation detailing the steps you can take to change your password. Beneath it is a step-by-step tutorial with helpful screenshots of the process.
Step 1: In the upper right-hand corner, click the downward-pointing arrow next to your name to open the drop-down menu. Select "Account Security."
Step 2: On the next page, select the "Reset Password" option.
Step 3: Confirm your current password to continue, then click "Submit."
Step 4: Enter your new password in both fields, making sure to follow the listed password creation rules. Click "Submit."
Step 5: Your password has been successfully updated. You will be redirected back to the security page.

Step 1: On the Parent Portal login page, click the "Forgot your Password?" link below the login fields.
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Atlas Parent Portal account.
Step 3: You can elect to receive a verification code either via SMS or e-mail. Make your selection and click "Get Code."
Step 4: A verification code will be sent to you via the delivery method you chose. Enter it on the next screen:
Step 5: Enter your new password in both fields, taking care to follow the password creation rules. Click "Reset." Your password will be reset and you will be redirected back to the security page.
