Parent Volunteer Fingerprint

The Parent Resource Center welcomes all parent volunteers and chaperones. All chaperones/volunteers attending any of the common enrichment trips grades TK through 6th must be fingerprinted and complete the volunteer application form.  

The fingerprint process can take up to five days, depending on the number of applications ​being processed.  Before your visitation to The Parent Resource Center for fingerprinting, please visit your school site and obtain signatures on the following documents:

1.        “Application for Fingerprints"

2.        “Expenditure Transfer" 

Both documents must be provided by your home school site and signed by your Principal before your visit to the Parent Resource Center.

8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. 
     

Thursdays 
10:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.

11:00- 12:00 p.m.
