Student Records and Transcripts

 

  • Enrolled students who need permanent records, transcripts, or any other information should contact their school site
  • Please allow 5 business days for processing once the request has been received in our office.

You must submit your information to the following link:

US Mail

Please mail your request to Fresno Unified Student Records, 2309 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721.

You must provide the following:
  1. Name you used while attending Fresno Unified School.
  2. Date of birth.
  3. Name of the last Fresno Unified School you attended.
  4. Phone Number.
  5. Address where to mail your records.
  6. $6.00 money order (made out to Student Records) for high school transcript, $6.00 for elementary, middle and high school records. PERSONAL CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
  7. Indicate if your transcript is to be official (sealed for colleges/employers) or unofficial (for personal use).
  8. Graduation Statements are available and used when the diploma has been destroyed, etc., the cost is $8.00. PERSONAL CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
  9. Your signature is required on your mailed in request.

Fresno Unified may have information for previously sponsored closed Charter Schools.

For students who did not pass the CAHSEE and now qualify due to SB172 only:
