New Hire Checklist for Substitutes

​​ Congratulations on your offer of employment with Fresno Unified School District for a certificated substitute position! To expedite the hiring process, please be prepared to provide the following information at the time of Certificated Substitute Orientation:

Checklist: What To Bring To Orientation

Please make all necessary copies prior to attending training.
  1. Pen & pencil
  2. Social security number of your beneficiary
  4. Copy of Credential or substitute permit (must show expiration date)
  5. Copy of CBEST
  6. Copy of TB test (within 1 year). 
    You may still attend training if you don’t possess a current TB test. TB test results may be submitted afterward.
  7. For employment eligibility verification bring originals of your Driver's License AND Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate OR Passport
Please have all your copies ready before you arrive for orientation.

Missing documents will delay your start date!!!
