Summer School

​Our Mission

In preparing College and Career Ready Graduates, the Fresno Unified Expanded Learning Summer Program remains focused on ensuring every student excels in reading, writing and math, providing them every opportunity to stay on track academically on their way to graduate college and career ready.

Summer Graduation


The 2018 Summer School Graduation will take place on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Roosevelt High School’s Audra McDonald Theater. The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m. Attendees (parents/families/friends) must have a ticket to be admitted to the graduation ceremony.

On the day of summer graduation, graduates should report to the Roosevelt cafeteria no later than 8:30 a.m.

Due to construction in the main parking lot at Roosevelt, parking will be available for students and families in the grass field. Click on the image below for a downloadable parking map for the event.
