The Village

We are a parent-to-parent support group. This is an opportunity to bring parents of
special needs students together and support one another as they travel through
their students' developmental milestones, social emotional growth, and educational
journey together.
Disclosure: This is a non-therapeutic parent group meeting; this is a safe space in
which parents support parents. Fresno Unified Staff are present to support
ensuring you have a safe space to share and network with other parents of
students with disabilities and facilitate the meeting conversation starting topics.
During this meeting you will experience the following: group introductions,
conversation or activity openers, feel encouraged, non-judgmental environment,
and opportunities to share and receive resources.
