Canva

Canva is a web-based app that can be used by staff and students to create graphic designs, presentations, websites, video projects, and more. It’s your one-stop-shop for multimedia design. Teachers and students can access Canva through the Clever portal, while all other staff can access Canva at canva.com and sign in with their Microsoft account. For teachers, Clever will roster your existing students so you can create Canva assignments for your multimedia projects. Below you will find resources and tutorials for learning more about Canva.

Canva will be available through Clever starting on December 1st, 2023!

We are excited to share that we will be launching Canva for Education through the FUSD Clever portal! All staff, teachers, and students will have access to the all-in-one visual communication platform!

How to Access:

• All staff can log in to your new school-based Canva team with your school credentials at canva.com. BE SURE TO SELECT “LOGIN WITH WORK EMAIL”. There, you can use the full power of Canva for Education as well as effortlessly working together with colleagues through real-time collaboration, easy sharing, feedback and comments, and more!
• For classroom use, teachers and students can login to Canva through the Clever portal, where students will be rostered and single-sign-on will be functional.
• If you are already a Canva user, the next time you log out and log back into Canva, you’ll be joined to the new school team. Your pre-existing content will be accessible by switching between teams; you can copy designs to your new school team by following these steps. Click here to log out of Canva to get started.
• Please read the Canva teacher’s guide, even if you’ve used Canva before – there are a few differences between our new organization-wide version of Canva and versions you may have used in the past.
