What is EdTech? 

Educational Technology is the use of digital tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning. It supports effective teaching strategies by enabling teachers to design engaging, blended learning experiences, assess student progress and provide feedback, collaborate and communicate with other educators and learners, and access a variety of information sources and educational materials. Educational technology also empowers students to take ownership of their learning, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and explore their interests and passions. 

Our Mission

Technology, used effectively, can help all students meet and exceed the rigorous learning goals embedded in the Common Core State Standards, the competencies of the FUSD Graduate Profile, and the FUSD digital literacy standards.​

By providing access to digital tools and resources that personalize learning and create rich, engaging, and relevant learning experiences, students are prepared to succeed in a global, high-tech, information-rich society. ​

The FUSD EdTech Team uses this site to provide timely tech updates and information to our staff and community within the Fresno Unified School District. With technology integration being the new normal in education, our goal is to provide all stakeholders with up-to-date information on the ever-changing digital tools and resources used in our system.
