Account Claim

Staff Account Claim:

  1. Navigate to the following link: my.fresnou.org
  2. Within the page, you will see an option to click "Claim My Account"

3. Afterwards, click "Next"

4. Enter in the information on the page (The District Email Address and Claim Code will be found on the email you have received)

  • District Email Address (This is the District Email Address provided to you within the welcome email)
  • Claim Code (This is the Claim Code provided to you within the welcome email)
  • Birthdate (MM/dd/yyyy) (This is specifically formatted to (MM/dd/yyyy), for example if your Birthday is February 8, 1995, you would enter (02/08/1995)

5. After the initial information is entered, please create a password that follows the district password policy

*Your password should be at least 12 characters long and contains at least 1 character from 3 of the following:

  • Upper case character
  • Lower case character
  • Number
  • Special Character

6. Once the password is set and you have clicked next, you have successfully claimed your account. You will see a page that provides your username which will be utilized to login to a computer.
