Our Portrait of a Learner (POL) embodies Fresno Unified’s core values and shared vision for the kind of graduates we commit to developing. It ensures every student leaves FUSD with the essential academic and durable skills that result in deeper learning through our FUSD competencies, which are: Adaptability, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Digital Literacy, and Empathy to thrive in school, work, and life.
