- Belmont School – Fresno and Belmont
- Berton Einstein School, comer of Echo and Belmont
- Burroughs Annex, 900 North First St. Opened in 1983 – closed in 1994 This school housed students in portable classrooms, which were transferred to Miguel Hidalgo Elementary when it opened.

- White School, also known as Central School, located where the Memorial Auditorium is today – original name of Fresno High School
- Year-round Achievement Center at Southeast, 5090 East Church – opened in 2001, closed 2005
