The Community Schools seal represents the core values of Community Schools: collaboration, family and community engagement, compassion, and a commitment to student success. It will be proudly displayed at each school that embodies these principles and holds the designation of a Community School.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Fresno Unified Community Schools Office is to support school sites in becoming the central hub of the community. By fostering collaboration among staff, students, families, and community partners, the Office aims to support school sites provide comprehensive services that address the needs of the whole child and their families, ultimately enhancing student outcomes.

Fresno Unified Community School Sites
Each Community School site has a full-time Community Schools Coordinator who is a leader and strategic thinker that works in tandem with the principal to staff and guide a shared community school development process.
