IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Doors open at 5:30
  • Attire is semi-formal
  • Event Format Update: This year, we’re making a change in the event format. We will not have a sit-down dinner with tables. Instead, we will host a beautiful reception with appetizers, followed by the awards ceremony. The Saroyan Theatre will serve as our venue, accommodating a larger audience, and we will reserve a row of seats for all finalists. However, guests will need to sit in other areas. Due to the seating arrangement, we cannot save or assign seats for others.
  • Parking Information: There is a parking fee for the garage north of the Saroyan Theatre. Additionally, free parking is available across the street, but it’s limited, so please plan ahead.
  • Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased via the Eventbrite link. We are unable to accept cash or checks for tickets ahead of time or at the door. If you experience any issues with payment, please contact us at communications@fresnounified.org so we can assist.
  • Celebratory Swag: While it’s not required, friends and family are welcome to show their support by bringing custom swag in honor of their favorite finalist! Keep in mind however that streamers, silly strings, bubbles, helium filled balloons, glitter, air horns, sparklers ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  • If you have special needs (e.g. wheelchair, hearing impaired), please indicate that in the comments section.
