Overview

Our partner, Bricks 4 Kidz, provides experiences to each 1st and 2nd grade classroom across Fresno Unified.

Bricks 4 Kidz is a company specializing in STEM education utilizing Lego models. Bricks 4 Kidz will visit each site to provide an in-class 90 minute learning activity to all 1st and 2nd grade students across the District. Cooperative team-based discovery and critical thinking skills are reinforced as students work together to determine career themes of the hands-on activity.

Special Note to sites with 5 or more 1st and 2nd grade classrooms:

Schools with 5 or more classes will require two separate days for visits from Bricks 4 Kidz. To ensure proper scheduling please:

• Schedule your main visit on Monday or Wednesday.
• Schedule the Tuesday during the same week for the extra class(es).
• Schedule early to ensure you get the dates of your preference.

To accommodate all schools in the District, Bricks 4 Kidz will be visiting more than 1 school per day on Wednesdays through Fridays. Tuesday is primarily reserved for the extra classes for sites with 5 or more classes.
