Transcript Requests
Request for Official Transcript
Fresno Unified School District is changing vendors for electronic transcript requests. During this transition, students will fill out a Transcript Request form for an official transcript. Follow the instructions below to complete your request.
Graduates of 2023 or later:
The high school registrar can provide you with a physical copy of your official transcript or send it to the college of your choice through US Mail. Complete the Transcript Request form and submit to your high school Registrar.
FUSD Alumni:
(Former students of 2 years or more)
Request your official transcript through ScribOrder. The Fresno Unified Student Records Department will process your request.
