American Indian Education
About the Program
Fresno Unified School District’s American Indian Education is situated in the Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and is a federally funded program that is designed to provide academic and student support services for American Indian and Alaska Native students. The program functions with an active Parent Advisory Committee which meets every third Tuesday of each month from September through May. The goal of American Indian Education is to improve the achievement levels of American Indian and Alaska native students by providing academic support services and links to all available resources.
