CALPADS

CALPADS Census Day, the first Wednesday in October, is the official student enrollment and demographic data collection date used by the California Department of Education (CDE) through the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS). This year, CALPADS Census Day is October 1st.

CALPADS Census Day is used for calculating the state's total enrollment for funding purposes and provides critical student demographic and eligibility information.

Fresno Unified students enrolled in grades TK-12th can participate by attending school on CALPADS Census Day, the first Wednesday in October, for a chance to win a prize. This year, CALPADS Census Day is October 1st.

Winners will be selected at random based on which students are present on CALPADS Census Day, the first Wednesday in October. This year, CALPADS Census Day is October 1st.

Selected winners in grades TK-6th will receive a physical Me-n-Ed's 3-topping pizza voucher or Raising Cane's $15 gift card. Selected winners in grades 7th-12th will receive a physical Dutch Bros $25 gift card.

Prize distribution by Fresno Unified school sites will begin the week of October 20th.
