Competitive volleyball is an exceedingly demanding game on both the body and mind. Not only is tip-top physical and mental agility a pre-requisite, but also a seamless ability to get along, communicate and bond with fellow volleyball team plAYERS!

THE 13 RULES OF HOOVER GIRLS VOLLEYBALL 

 

1. Teamwork - Working with others.
2. Discipline - Doing what has to be done, even when you don’t want to do it.
3. Intensity - Giving 100% effort both on and off the court.
4. Consistency - Doing things correctly the same way day-to-day.
5. Confidence - Knowing you are able to do it.
6. Motivation - Desire to accomplish a specific goal.
7. Effort - Doing the best that you can.
8. Responsibility - Doing what is right.
9. Initiative - Moving into action before being asked.
10. Perseverance - Completing what you start.
11. Caring - Showing concern for others.
12. Common Sense - Using good judgment.
13. Problem Solving - Putting what you know and what you can do into action.
