By April of 2009, the Commission will develop recommendations for a district-wide Action Plan to ensure that all students will graduate with the character and competencies necessary for workplace success.
Recommendations will:

Articulate the character and competencies that define a “Career Ready Graduate”

Examine and recommend improvements to our current delivery of Career and Technical Education

Explore and recommend system-wide reform initiatives that will help achieve our mission of preparing Career Ready Grads

Define a best set of opportunities for Business and Community engagement that focuses on exposing our students to the world of work
