January 15 meeting at WIB

Discussion of "Career Ready Graduate" definition and the skills and competencies necessary to be a career ready grad.  The top 5 skills identified by the Commission and this workgroup (ranked by order of importance) are:

  1. Work ethics
  2. Basic education proficiency
  3. Workplace communication
  4. Collaboration and teamwork
  5. Critical thinking
