MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

 MISSION STATEMENT
It is the Maintenance and Operations objective to provide safe and sanitary facilities which are academically enriching for our students, staff, faculty and community; to support the needs of our District staff to enable them to better support the schools and the education of our students; and to constantly strive to provide technical support for equipment that represents cutting edge technology.

JOHN KLANG
Director of Maintenance and Operations

Overall responsible for the Maintenance & Operations department that includes Maintenance, Custodial Operations, Environmental Services, Energy Management, and Emergency Services.

Programmed Maintenance Manager
 
Overall responsible for the day-to-day operation of Work Control Center, Office Administration, development and monitoring of departmental budgets, School Mobile Maintenance Program, Planning and Estimating, Deferred Maintenance and school bond expenditure planning and deployment.

JERRY JORGE
Planned Maintenance Manager

Overall responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centralized maintenance repair shops that include building trades, heat/ventilation & cooling, electronics, electrical, auto/bus repair, equipment repair, paint, plumbing, irrigation, and gardening.

JOHN QUINTO
Maintenance Manager

Overall responsible for the Environmental Services and Energy Management Department, Custodial Department, and Gardening Department.
