Lawson Production Server down time

Tonight at 6pm IT will be recycling the Lawson Production Server’s. Currently we are experiencing a problem,  with not being able to edit any rules for our Security Classes. This problem was caused by performing a data base reorg to the database.

At about 4:30pm, EMPWFE-02 went into a pause-critical state on HS16-ctr3 again.  Shutting the VM for EMPWFE-02 down caused Hyper-V manager to begin merging its snapshot disks, which are suspected as part of the problem. Merging is still continuing.
