 Best Practices for Live, online collaboration or training:  Best Practices for On-Demand Video Development
   1.  Presenter should always connect to LAN via Ethernet(CAT5) cable.  Audience is encouraged to do the same.
   2.  Audience should always wear headphones.
   3.  Test functionality at least 30 minutes prior to meeting time.
   1.  A USB microphone is preferred for better audio quality.
   2.  While recording your computer screen, avoid fast and jerky motions when moving the mouse and speak with a clear and steady voice.
   3.  Produce or convert your video to flash format (SWF) and upload them to a SharePoint Document Library.
