It is a good idea to save each page before going ahead.*

There are required questions that will give you an error if not answered.

Once completed make sure you hit “Finish”.
* You should be able to go back and edit or complete survey sections if you save your pages.
If you leave the survey before finishing, make sure you save. When you return you will be taken back to the start screen.

Do Not click on the Respond to this Survey link- it will give you an error message.

Do click on the “Show all Responses” link and it will take you to a screen where you can select the survey number link.

Finally, once your survey is open, you can select “Edit Survey” to continue.
