Call the help desk at 457-2600. The help desk can escalate through the User Support Manager.

Call Carlene Mellenberger, Telecom Secretary, at 457-2540. She will enter a network service request. Use this for routine issues.

Call the network office at 457-6249. There is usually someone in the office between 8:00am and 5:00pm or later. Use this only for very urgent issues.
